When clicking the fake virus, you'll have a fake error pop-up. If you click "Yes" or "No", it will do the same thing. Shutting down the computer.
REMINDER : It won't harm your Mac. It's just a prank.
When you open, it shall have this.

- Open the "Roblox Installer.zip" file
- Execute app and have fun pranking friends :)

if its zip...what happens on Windows?
Absolutely fucking nothing, because zip works on MacOS, Windows, Linux, ChromeOS, iOS, you get it, it works on every OS.
It's not a windows only file type.
